Our lovely resort hotel, the Melia Playa Conchal, was INCREDIBLE!

At the Volcan Ricon de la Vieja National Park the rainforest & the desert are right next to each other!  There are also steam vents, little volcanoes and boiling mud!

We visited the "Monkey Park", home for rescued animals.  (Robert told his Kindergarten class about being peeed on by a monkey!)

A Seafood dinner was enjoyed with some great Usborne friends.

Rafting down the Rio Corobici was pleasant.  There were monkeys in the trees & lots of interesting birds.
